They Say Pictures Speak A Thousand Words. Was Planning to write a detailed blog about my recent Dinner Experience at Cafe Noir , UB City, Bengaluru, but decided to let you all enjoy the pictures of that Beautiful Dinner instead.

Cheesy Tomato Basil Pasta Recipe

Hi Everyone. Here is a quick and simple recipe of this yummy pasta with pictures. Hope you enjoy making and eating it.

Ingredients :

4 Tomatoes – pureed and sauteed till semi dry. (Homemade Puree)
Garlic — 1 clove chopped (optional)
Basil Leaves – around 10 + 1 for garnishing
Grated Cheese – around 50 gms
Boiled Pasta – 1 Cup – equal to 1 serving
Salt (to taste)
Pasta Seasoning (Optional)

Recipe

1) Add 1 Tbsp Olive oil to a nonstick pan that is on medium heat and add garlic, basil and homemade tomato puree. Mix for 2-3 mins.

2) Add Salt, Pasta Seasoning (optional) and half of the grated cheese and mix for 1 minute.

3) Add the Pasta (Macaroni) to the Pasta Sauce and mix slowly for 2 mins. Pasta is ready. Transfer to the serving plate or bowl and garnish with the remaining grated cheese and top it up with a basil leaf.

Enjoy this Awesome Cheesy Pasta with some garlic bread on the side or as it is. Do try out this simple recipe.

3) Neemli Tulsi and Clay Body Wrap (sample) — 75 gms pack is priced at Rs. 550 – Yet to try this — Will post the Review of this soon.

4) Ayur Veda Aroma – Spring Pond Face and Body Scrub priced at Rs. 325 for 100 ml – smells so good — love mint and tea tree oils as they are so refreshing. Totally Worth It. Amazing Body Scrub!!!

5) Fashionography — Earrings priced at Rs. 249 – such pretty butterfly heart earrings — love them ❤️
